ROME & PARIS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Cyber Guru, a leader in cybersecurity awareness training, has announced its acquisition of Mantra, a pioneering company specializing in advanced cybersecurity awareness solutions. This merger combines the expertise and resources of both companies to enhance employee awareness and resilience against cyber threats, strengthening organizations’ defenses.
Cyber Guru’s platform provides security awareness training for organizations of all sizes, helping change employee behaviors, manage human risk, and ensure compliance with minimal effort. With over 1 million users in more than 90 countries, Cyber Guru leverages AI-driven machine learning to deliver automated learning paths.
Mantra’s innovative solutions, including real-time defense and chat-enabled training, will be integrated into Cyber Guru’s platform. Together, the companies will combine their machine learning engines and over 340 billion data points to provide highly personalized and effective security training for over 1,000 organizations and 1.5 million active users.
